Behind The Scenes: The Making of the Progress Photo

So last night as I was reading through the various responses I got on my facebook page from the progress picture I posted yesterday I had an idea for another picture. A "making of" kind of picture. One that shows more of a "behind the scenes" look into what it took to make that progress photo from yesterday happen. And while there were lots of elements involved, it can basically be broken down into three things: RevAbs, Shakeology and hard work
